Latest changes to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation concerning corporate law in a recent years have affected the business models of many companies, causing a huge increase in the costs of compliance and cutting into their revenue streams.

В минувшем декабре представители крупных индустриальных компаний России, а также известных юридических фирм обменялись опытом в рамках практической конференции «Новеллы ГК РФ и корпоративное право», организованной британской компанией Regent Capital Communications.
В рамках мероприятия участникам удалось поделиться опытом в сфере влияния новелл ГК на правовое регулирование правоотношений при реализации проектов и сделок M&A, реорганизации бизнеса, защите бизнеса в судебных инстанциях. Участники конференции получили практические рекомендации по использованию новых возможностей в ГК, заимствованных из английского права, включая Warranties, Indemnities и Disclosures. Аудитории были представлен детальный анализ юридических рисков в новом правовом поле, а также был затронут вопрос обеспечения интересов бизнеса новыми правовыми инструментами в условиях кризиса.
Мероприятие положительно оценили все 100% опрошенных. По результатам анкетирования, лучшим спикером был признан Игорь Перевощиков, начальник управления правового сопровождения крупных проектов и интеграции ГАЗПРОМ НЕФТЬ с докладом на тему применения новых норм ГК касательно переговоров о заключении договора (ст. 434.1 ГК).
